300 TD over the Tehachapis with very even temp.  New Radiator a success.

If any of you were having trouble getting a radiator for your pre 81 TD's it seems the 240D Nissans work OK.  I installed mine with a little trouble.....Can one get longer shroud clips?  Passenger side air gap.  Otherwise it seemed to have more even heat than my former older radiator. It did go as cold but not as hot. Didn't replace thermostat. Home in SF now but can't sleep as I drank two Rockstars.  I left Placentia around 9 and got to my house at 4:30am.  .....Good night.....it also seems all radiators for W123's are very similar and all sizes fit one body.  Lawrence Rhodes.....
