Looks like a grey market car .

The filter thing he does in the very beginning , is terrible ~ He has no idea how to work on cars .

Whenever possible , use a box and wrench and_always) hold the banjo fitting so you don't break nor damage the plastic hoses .

Plus , when bleeding out the injectors , you only need loosen the 17MM nut one flat ~ he loosens them up quite a ways .

When it dies , you must replace the drive gear or glue it back on the shaft as it's slipping .

Any competent speedo shop can do this , you'll $ave by taking the speedo binnacle out if you're handy , you prolly won't damage anything and can also wipe clean the illumination lights & replace the burned out ones and maybe even fix the bad dash light dimmer rheostat .
