Chuck, If you decide to replace the raditor, remember that, even though most MB raditors come with plastic headers and necks, if you keep looking, you can find metal headers and neck.

I have not tried it that way, with a buffer of some sort, but it sounds interesting.

I'll give it a try with some hand buffing after application. I don't see how it could hurt, at least with the hand buffing. All you would be doing would be burnishing the top wax coat.

Interesting idea.
