[diesel_mercedes] Mercedes Options

Maybe ;

The bewildering array of possibilities never ceases to amaze me .

Here on The West Coast , we got scads and scads of grey market Mercedes back then . both in tax - dodging direct imports of new vehicles as well as those unwanted one or two year old European cast offs ~ HUGE money was made importing them back then .

Generally, typically.

Ever seen a naturally aspirated WITH a tach (that was not converted)?

all this talk about special wrenches make me wonder how I did mine. We just used regular wrenches. had to fight to work around studs ect but we did it with persistance. As a reminder, always recheck your adjustment after you tighten the adjuster. The valve clearance can change and sometimes takes a couple of attempts to get it right.
