Finally got my email fixed! Finally got my pistons out of the calipers.(front) I had to go get help and it was a bear. I did not want to use grease. I tried to use my nozzle injector tester but I could not find a pipe adapter in my town. Ended up using solvent and air and hammer whacks. They are very gummed up. Now to figure how to clean them up. Parts are on the way. I figured I would learn something doing this the hard way. After seeing how gummed up these things are I am gonna do the rears even tho they are not worn out yet. I'm betting they could use to be cleaned up also. Front turned out to be ATE rears Bendix.Max
Clean the pistons carefully. If they are metal, they are likely to be chrome plated, in which case, any flaws in the plating with mean that the pistons are junk. Just replacing the rubber bits will do no good. If you have new pistons, you should be good to go if you clean out the bore really well, make sure the seal groove is smooth and clean and that the groove for the boot is in good nick.
I've seen this on other makes of cars where there are mixed caliper makers.
