May be called needle tip precision lubricant / oil now.

Radio shack appears to not have it any more.

I had some trouble adding one or two drops of lubricant to the moto's shaft , you don't want much in there , Bill hipped me to a Radio Shack needle oiler , they were out of stock and rude , I never did get one and lost the part number (hint) .
