[diesel_mercedes] Why I Save Old Hardware [1 Attachment]

Because you never know when you'll foolishly put some part " safely away " where you may never find it again...

This is a photo of some hardware I saved the last time I bought a good used OM617 oil pan .

For some odd reason , they keep getting scraped and leaking where the metal wears thing just ahead of the drain plug

I also seem to have serious difficulty taking clear photos on my ipod thing most of the time .
