I just realized my car insurance (state farm) charges more for the 1980 Mercedes than my 2006 Subaru. I use the subie over the winter and then park it, suspend insurance, do the same thing for the Mercedes in season. I guess I change cars instead of tires. Why drive 4WD all summer?. Anyway I guess its no big deal but these Mercedes are built safe and built to survive crashes. I think its bogus.. Money makes the world go round. Also I just was gonna buy one of the Uro heater/ac fans Nate mentioned from Arizona Autohaus. But they seem to be only for the CC heat systems, bummer , the other ones are $311. My 240 does not have CC, wonder if I could make the Uro work for mine. Max
