There are some outfits on the web who do a repair for you. Also, there are some tutorials on the web on how to do a DIY fix yourself. And you can buy repaired Odo's on ebay, etc. Just google your make and model with "odometer" in the subject line and you should turn up a couple of sites that will give you a "how to fix" with pictures.
