That points to valve adjustment or the need for a purge. Possibly dirty fuel filters. I'd start with a purge. Still doesn't rule out the need to ream the glow plug holes. I'd do it all. New fuel filters, glow plug reaming, valve adjustment, purge & testing of each glow plug. Then making sure the injectors are doing their job. That can be tested and adjusted.
