thanks guys,all of you, for your responses. if i were in canada, i would not hesitate to go look up that car. however, i am a continent away, and i was trying to get my sister to buy it. she has a 2002 PT Cruiser that the mechanic says needs a new gearbox(auto), then says it is too old ad she should buy another car altogether. 
the mercedes seller does not give any more info on that car. i emailed him a week ago, and so far,no response. just as well. my sister does not know what a spanner is and her mechanics are going to tell her the same thing about the mercedes am sure. i will try and get her something else. just not another pt cruiser.
