Too bad the better 240D is a stick .
SWMBO doesn't drive those and isn't interested in learning this late .
The $800 300D posted about last week ? it only got one bid and sold for $800 ~ looks like a very good deal to me .

Also I would sell both my 240's, the 4 spd. is a sweet car. It had a Mercedes engine installed by a dealer 100K miles ago, 190K now perfect running car. I have all documentation since the car was new, I even have the original purchase order for it. In case anyone is wondering why the engine was replaced at 90K(I sure did) a guy left the oil drain loose at one of those oil change places. One reason I do my own. Max
