Does it have the power to pull a greasy string out of a cat's bum ? .

Many years of Mercedes OM616 & 617 Diesel Engines have EGR valves but they're usully stuck shut with soot ~ an easy test is to simply pull off the vacuum hose and see if that increases power appreciably .
