[diesel_mercedes] Audio 20

 

Hello I am a new member of this group and have just aquired a 2008 B class with an audio 20 unit, I paired my mobile with it but when I try to import my phone book the menu is highlighting " import business card"
the programme that I want "import from mobile phone" is in shaded grey but it will not allow me to access it, does anyone have any ideas as to how I can import my phone book please.
