This repair can be found in the photo section under the above title. Like most repairs, it is simple once you muddle your way through, but difficult if you don't have a clue what has "broken" to cause the problem. In my case, it was a little 1/32" metal piece that held the door cylinder lock to the toggle rod that connect to the door lock. If I were doing it again, I would chase down a 1/32" roll pin.
