[diesel_mercedes] SHE'S RUNNING!!!!

 

At 11:15am today my car was running and purring like a kitten.  I got to drive it 4 miles to Texaco to put more diesel in.  Before we got back to camp it barely ran.

Kevin replaced the hand pump.  Still runs like crap.  What was supposed to be a surprise quick trip into town to drive my car home, turned into an all day ordeal ending with us leaving the car there, but we did bring the exhaust home since Dan the Muffler Man is down here.

Kevin's been working so hard on this.  He got it running and videoed it for Valentines. He really wanted to get it home so I'd have it for my b-day. :(  Sigh.  Talk about frustrating.
