Trish ;
Older 'Benz were gassers when there was an " E " on the deck lid .
Now , it's a whole body class...
I look at the slimy dashboard and wonder what other tricks the seller has been up to .
As a Mechanic who knows better , I have bought several vehicles off Flea-Bay , mostly at scrap price and _EVERY_TIME_ I got rooked .
Of course , I like having junkers I can practice my trade on but it gets very $peny very fast so DO NOT bid on a car you've not looked at IN PERSON and put p on a hoist as TEXAS is _loaded_ with pretty looking flood cars that'll fall apart no matter what you do , in a year or two .
Your current Mercedes is a far better car than this one .

This group provides a forum for owners and operators of diesel powered motorhomes and 5th wheel tractors to discuss mechanical issues, regulatory issues (US, Canada), ownership, insurance, campground accommodations, trip reports/suggestions, and other topics relevant to large RVs and the people who drive them.
