Not sure what you mean here but , any time a vacuum hose can be removed or twisted without a fight , it is bad and needs replacing ASAP .
I'd get a Meter (3') or two and replace them all , _ONE_BY_ONE_ as it's really easy to screw things up if you remove more than one hose bit at a time .
Consider replacing those two 50 MM long hose bits at the back of your ignition switch , they're usually soft & blubbery & so leak a serious fair bit of the all important vacuum .
You'll know when your vacuum system is good and tight as the engine will come to an almost *instant* halt as soon as you turn the key off .
