[diesel_mercedes] Brian's Mileage Check

 

Wow, 27.6 mpg on Mary going to & from Las Vegas at 70-75 mph (345 miles @ 12.5 gallons). This is not normal - normal is 24-26 mpg in local traffic. Liberal use of MMO and DieselKleen. Just filled up at $4.15 (minus 3 cent discount). What's up with that? I thought with Hussein, Mubarek, and Khaddafi gone, oil would come down a notch or two. All you guys on the east coast need to wear more clothes inside the house and stop buying heating oil.
