The lower parts of the doors may be the same, but the fixed glass in the station wagon door is trapezoidal compared to triangular in the sedan. The trailing edge of the window frame is squared in the wagon and curved in the sedan. You might be able to fit a sedan door in a wagon, but you would have a gap.
