If you remember to run the AC for at least 5 minutes each month , it'll leak a lot less , maybe not at all .

update on HC12-a
--Last post July 6?
Finally drove my car(really I rode while someone else drove)on a hot day and
tested my AC. Last summer we put in a new compressor and 134-a. The AC worked
really good. We forgot to replace the old scrader valves and I think that is
where the juice leaked out. This summer we put in HC12-a. After all the stuff I
had read about it being so much better than 134, I found out that in my car it
is not. One thing tho is that a 6oz. can equals 17oz of R-12 and they cost me $4
a can, so that is a good thing. Anyway the AC worked good yesterday, hope the
stuff stays in the system. max
