max, that was the point I was trying to make in post. I was worried that the state cops would pull me over and see that I was using untaxed fuel (WVO), but if the tannks were ganged, unless one looked closely, it would be hard to tell. Covering for the tanks could be duplicated and changed to accomodate the additional tank. Otherwise, the trunk would look like stock.
