[diesel_mercedes] Re: A little gas in the tank

My suggestion is to drive it and enjoy! I run a lot of bio-fuel in my MB and as cold weather approaches it gets a little thick. Two gallons of regular unleaded gasoline in the tank gets the car running right again. Years ago, in the owners manual, Mercedes used to "allow" a little gasoline in the diesel tank.....Now much larger percentage of gasoline will cause real problems....but you are safe.

She didn't know what to do so she filled it up with diesel and came home. The mix in the tank is about 5% gas and 95% no2 diesel. The car seems to run OK. Is this fatal? What should I do?
