It's raining and my faithful Mercedes Diesel Sports Coupe awaits with it's warm & comfy interior , Becker radio ready to play my favorite tunes as it effortlessly glides through the rain slicked L.A.Freeways...

So why the hell did I lie out in the rain re - working the silly Lucas combination light & ignition switch in my leaky , slow & noisy '59 Metropolitan Nash FHC then test drive it to fetch dinner for SWMBO ?.

Damned if I know but I did and I'll be driving it the rain again to - morrow...
