[diesel_mercedes] Glow plug relay rebuild.

I had the burned out glow plug relay from the 83 240D apart & saw thta the
contact arrangement included a sacrificial small contact and a large contact to
carry the main flow of electrons.  The sacrificial contact is closer thus when
12v is applied it strikes first and of course gets arcing.  In my case this
continued until the coil in the relay maybe got weaker and only pulled enough to
allow the sacrificial contact to touch and being carbonized didn't transmit
current well.  I took out the top of the relay which isn't hard.  Just take out
the spring and move the contact plate sidways and out.  Clean the contact area
and reassemble but before that align and shorten the distance that the contact
travels(using a needle nose plyer) before hitting.  Now it still hits first but
only by thousands of an inch instead of 1/16th of an inch.  The weak coil will
now hopefully pull down both contacts and I think function will be restored.
