That green that shows on the fourth wire back isn't the color code, it's corrosion.  The 123 is similar, if not so many wires.  That terminal was corroded through on my 123 which caused a no charge situation, which caused a no start situation from a dead battery .  In your case that may be the no start cause.  the terminals should probably be replaced.  Cut the wire back to clean solid wire and attach new terminals.  Shrink wrap is good.  If the wire is too short for a proper repair, splice in new sections.
