Since air is 70% nitrogen, I am not sure what you mean about temperature
stable.

Nitrogen has been used in race car tires for years. (Nascar) Oh, and
the space shuttle (NASA)...
Unlike plain air, it is temperature stable. And as SF stated, air loss
is negligible. These things result in consistent tire performance,
longevity and safety.
