I have a Cummins 8.3. As I said in another note, the belt tensioner is bolted to the
T-stat housing... and rechecking my book, the alternator also has to come off to replace
the thermostats. Seems when Cummins decided to add accessories to the motor, everything
has to be bolted to the t-stat housing.
