[Diesel-RVs] What parts would be needed to install a remote fuel filter?

My 1994 8.3 300hp Cummins has a nearly inaccessible fuel filter mounted
on the passenger side of my DP. To access the filter I must lift the
bed and the engine cover and carry wet fuel filters through coach.

I do have a fuel/water separator filter mounted near the rear bumper
which is very convenient.

What parts in addition to the fuel lines would I need to move the small
fuel filter to a more accessible position?

Thanks
Dean
